SexCitante is not a hostess club or a public establishment of spontaneous attendance. We function as a private community by invitation and prior registration.

Access to the website and participation in any event is strictly limited to individuals over 18 years of age. The user guarantees that the data provided is truthful. SexCitante reserves the right to request ID or an equivalent document before access to verify the legal age.

Attendance at our events requires the payment of an economic contribution. It is essential to clarify that:

• This contribution is exclusively intended to cover operating costs: rent, security, cleaning, supplies (prophylactics, hygiene), and administrative management.
• The contribution is not, under any circumstances, a payment for sexual services.
• All interactions are strictly voluntary, free, and consensual between attendees.

Consent is the pillar of our community. It is mandatory to obtain clear verbal confirmation before any contact. Any behavior involving harassment, lack of respect, or use of illegal substances will be grounds for immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.

The use of cameras or mobile phones is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply leads to permanent expulsion and potential legal action for violating the right to privacy of other members.

SexCitante acts as a safe environment facilitator. Each participant is responsible for their own sexual health and well-being. The organization is not responsible for private incidents between members or the loss of uncustodied objects.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not entitle to a refund or rescheduling. In case of cancellation by the organization, a full refund or date change will be offered.
