SexCitante.com is an informative platform managed by a private initiative based in Barcelona. Its objective is the organization, management and logistics of private encounters directed exclusively at adults over 18 years of age interested in the exploration of group sexuality under the principles of respect, consent and privacy.

SexCitante is not a hostess club or a public establishment of spontaneous attendance. We function as a private adult community that operates exclusively through invitation, prior registration and individual verification of each profile. Access is not guaranteed simply by requesting it.

Access to this website and participation in any event organized by SexCitante is strictly limited to individuals over 18 years of age. By submitting an access request, the user declares and guarantees that they are of legal age and that the data provided is truthful and up to date.

SexCitante reserves the right to request a national identity document, passport or any other equivalent official document before confirming access to an event, solely for the purpose of verifying legal age. Failure to meet this requirement results in denial of access and immediate revocation of any reserved spot.

Attendance at events organized by SexCitante requires the payment of an economic contribution. It is essential to understand the scope and nature of this payment:

• The contribution is exclusively intended to cover the operational costs of the event: rental of the private space, security, cleaning, hygiene and sexual health supplies (high-end protection material), and administrative and logistical management.
• The contribution does not constitute, under any concept or circumstance, a payment for sexual services of any kind.
• All interactions between attendees during events are strictly voluntary, free and consensual. SexCitante does not regulate, mediate or guarantee any type of sexual interaction.
• SexCitante acts solely as an organizational manager of these resources for the benefit of community members.

Consent is the non-negotiable principle upon which every SexCitante event is built. Attendance implies full and unconditional acceptance of the rules of conduct published on the Club Rules.

It is mandatory to obtain clear and explicit verbal confirmation before any physical contact. Consent can be withdrawn at any moment without the need for justification. Any behavior involving harassment, undue pressure, disrespect or consumption of illegal substances will be grounds for immediate expulsion without the right to a refund and may result in additional legal action.

The use of cameras, mobile phones, recorders or any other device capable of capturing or transmitting image, video or audio inside the event venue is strictly prohibited. Devices must remain off and stored at all times.

Violation of this rule results in permanent and irrevocable expulsion from the community and may result in legal action for violation of the right to privacy, honor and personal image of other members, as recognized by applicable legislation.

The contents of SexCitante.com (texts, design, structure) are the property of their creators and are protected by current intellectual property legislation. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

SexCitante acts as a facilitator of an organized and safe environment for encounters between adults. The organization is not a party to the private interactions that take place between attendees during events.

Each participant is responsible for their own sexual health and well-being, and agrees to participate voluntarily and under their own responsibility. SexCitante is not responsible for incidents or damages resulting from private interactions between members, or for the loss or damage of personal belongings not expressly in the custody of the organization.

SexCitante makes high-end protection material available to all attendees free of charge as a sexual health promotion measure, but cannot guarantee its effective use by attendees.

Cancellations communicated less than 48 hours before the start time of the event will not entitle to a refund. If the cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours in advance, the contribution may be reserved to apply it to a future event, under the conditions communicated in each case.

In the event of cancellation of the event by the SexCitante organization, the attendee will be offered a full refund of the contribution paid or a change to an alternative date, at the attendee's choice. SexCitante is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses resulting from a cancellation.

Personal data provided by users during the registration or contact process will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable legislation. Data will be used exclusively to manage access to events and communications related to the community.

SexCitante will not share members' personal data with third parties under any circumstances, except in the event of an express legal requirement from a competent authority. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability by writing to hola@sexcitante.com.
